Refund policy
At Lake House Dwellers, we want you to love every item you order. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Return Fee: A 7$ flat return fee applies to cover processing and restocking.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exceptions: We can’t accept returns on final sale or personalized items.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
